- The Form is simply, reliably but effectively linked to SAP via web services
- The Form maintains the latest approval structure from HR Organisation Structure
- Travel Request data is submitted to the SAP database for Reporting and persistent storage
- Travel requests and the approval progress is exposed via the SAP Portal for management and quality assurance purposes
- The integration scenarios were completed quickly, efficiently
and at low cost and risk using proven and repeatable patterns
- The Form integrates to SAP via SAP PI, the Utility Enterprise Service Bus and Integration Hub
